Why did I have to give so much information when I registered?
This information will automatically appear on your order form when you place an order, saving you the time of typing in your company name, address, etc.
Is my information secure when I register and place an order?
Yes. The Registration and Checkout pages utilize high-grade 256 bit encryption. Look for “https://” in your browser’s address bar to see if you are on a secure page.
How will my information be used?
The main use of your information is to allow secure entry for you as a qualified wholesale buyer into our web site (and deny entrance to your retail customers!). That is the only purpose for your sales tax or Federal ID numbers. After your registration, the information will automatically fill in the blanks when you place an order. This saves you time and typing. The only other use for your information is that we may send out an occasional e-mail newsletter to our registered buyers. You will be given an opportunity to remove yourself from the e-mail list for the newsletter.
What if my registration information changes?
If your information changes, you can revise your registration by going to the Update Your Registration Record Page.
How can I find the products I am looking for?
Products are organized by category. You can also use the search function or look up items under the pricelist.
How to order
You can easily place your order online by clicking on the “add to cart” button, or you can order by SKU or pricelist. The minimum for the item you have clicked to order will be displayed in the quantity text box. You can change the quantity if you want to order more than the minimum. If you change your mind after you’ve added a product to your cart you can simply click “remove”. Because your registration information is in our database, your name and address information will automatically appear in the blanks when you check out. You can order by credit cards only When you have finished making your selections, click “checkout”.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum order amount will appear in your cart at the bottom of product pages and the system will only let you check out when you have met the minimum order.
What about credit card security?
You can be confident when you place an order that your credit card information is secure. Our shopping cart uses a secure server. It is riskier for you to give your credit card number over the telephone than for you to place a shopping cart order with us.

What is the Macanoco.com cancellation policy on online orders?
We will do our best to try to cancel an order if we hear from you immediately. Unfortunately, once a wholesale order is submitted, it is processed immediately. Bespoke/custom, special orders, tailored, special occasion outfits, and personalized product(s) cannot be cancelled once submitted. No exceptions will be made.
Please note, once order is submitted NO changes can be made to any information including shipping address.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates can only be redeemed via purchases made on this website or in our store, and are not redeemable for cash. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient’s gift certificate account and is non-transferable. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you are responsible for the balance. Product Warranties for Domestic and International Orders
Some items on our website have a manufacturer’s warranty, which is noted in the product description. Manufacturer’s warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the product and not by Macanoco. The manufacturer is responsible for all warranty coverage, repair, servicing and defects. To obtain a written warranty for any of these items, send a specific written request to our Customer Service Department.
All manufacturer’s warranties are honored for all domestic orders. All manufacturer’s warranties are voided once the product leaves the United States. No warranty claims can be made for product(s) once they leave the United States.

You can access, correct and update certain personal information that you have provided to us by clicking on “Update Account” within the “My Account” area of this Web site.
What About Contests and Sweepstakes?
When we run a contest or sweepstakes relating to this Web site, it will be accompanied by a set of rules. The rules for each contest/sweepstakes will specify how the information gathered from you for entry will be used and disclosed.

Shipping General Information
Most purchases are shipped from our Miami, FL. warehouse by USPS Domestic and International, FedEx, UPS, Courier, Local Delivery, Store Pick Up, and Freight delivery service and will usually ship and arrive within 7 business days domestic and 15 business days international of receipt of the order. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. It is important to us that you receive your order as quickly and inexpensively as possible.
Depending on your location and the product the carrier that will get your package to you as quick as possible will vary. We also try and ship orders the same day as you place them. (Side note: During the December Holiday Season an additional day or two for processing might be needed to ship your order).
In the event of a delay, we will notify you by e-mail. Please make sure the e-mail address you provide upon ordering is the best way to contact you. Occasionally our e-mails end up in Junk Folders or Spam Boxes so to ensure you receive our e-mails, please add our email to your safe senders list. We don’t spam (we don’t like it either) and opting out of our e-mails is easy as a single click!
Note: Items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.
Limitations
There are some products which cannot be shipped via traditional formats (i.e. Parfums, Lampe Berger Paris Fragrances). These products will incur a different shipping charge and shipping method. Some products cannot be shipped to California and this will be listed on product page. Unfortunately, some brands and/or customs restrictions do not allow for certain products to be shipped internationally.
Product Warranties for Domestic and International Orders
All manufacturer’s warranties are honored for all domestic orders. All manufacturer’s warranties are voided once the product leaves the United States. No warranty claims can be made for product(s) once they leave the United States.
When will my order ship?
After you place your order, we usually ship it out the same day, or 24 hours after the order is placed (Monday through Friday). Most of our larger items (such as furniture and some bedding) are shipped directly from either our Miami, FL. Warehouse or the manufacturer’s warehouse. These have a 1-5 day processing time until they are shipped. If the lead times are longer for any of our products you will receive an e-mail from us. Custom orders and some large furniture items will be made by hand, so these leads times are estimates and can occasionally go beyond their estimated shipping date. If this happens, we will contact you via e-mail.
